Workshop Policy

Bookings & Cancellations
Workshop bookings are binding. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@theheartshaped.com — we’ll do our best to reschedule or offer an alternative. Please note that no-shows are non-refundable.

Changes & Refunds
Our workshops are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. If you have any concerns about your booking or experience, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re happy to help.

Condition of Materials & Pricing

We provide all tools and materials for our workshops, and we do our best to ensure everything is in good condition. Some materials may vary slightly in color or shape, especially when using recycled elements — that’s part of the charm. Pricing is based on the duration of the workshop, group size, and materials used.

Custom Pieces & Crafting Disclaimer

Each piece you make during a workshop is handcrafted by you. That means no two creations are exactly alike — and that’s what makes them special. Minor variations, imperfections, or irregularities are totally natural when working by hand.
