Our sales are final. We do not usually accept returns or offer refunds. If an item is damaged as a result of shipping, quality or craftsmanship, please e-mail us at info@theheartshaped.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Condition of products & Pricing

We do our best to ensure each item reaches you in good condition and you are happy with your purchase. However, if the jewelry you ordered is not quite what you were looking for, please let us know by email at info@theheartshaped.com.

When wearing Heart Shaped Studio jewelry, please make sure it does not come into contact with water, before taking a shower or swimming.

Each piece is priced based on the amount of time and labor invested in its design and production, as well as the cost of materials used.

To reduce packaging waste, our products will arrive in 100% recycled padded mailer, without any additional gift boxes.

Customization

All of our jewelry products are hand crafted, unique, one of a kind and made mostly out of recycled materials. Sizes and colours vary from piece to piece. This provides many options for customization and personalization, but also explains why your piece takes longer to make. The product you see on the picture is the product you get.

No two pieces are exactly alike. Minor differences in sizes, colors, shapes and markings are to be expected. Also all beads and jewelry finding may not be perfectly lined up, as they are not placed by machine.
